First, complete the Vital Statistics and Biographical Record
Second, complete the Farewell Memories Record for obituary and clergy preparation
Third, these are the Items to Bring to the Arrangement Conference
Finally, payment for services due at time of Arrangements. Payment methods: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
