Her Legacy…Barbara E. Ferris, age 80, passed away, November 24, 2019. Barbara was born on January 24, 1939 in Detroit, MI to Earnest B. and Rose S. (Pastula) Dill. She married the love of her life, Gordon L. Ferris on August 31, 1963 in Farmington, MI. Barbara was a nature and animal lover and enjoyed watching deer. She was a member of the Arabian Horse Association and loved taking walks with her friends. Barbara loved spending time with her family and everyone gathered at her home for holidays and special occasions. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Her Family…Barbara will be missed by her husband, Gordon; children, Diane Tisch and James Ferris; grandchildren, Michael Loomis, Caitlyn Tisch, Kathryn Ferris and Lauren Ferris. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Her Farewell…Barbara’s family and friends will gather on Wednesday, November 27 from 2:00PM-8:00PM with her Community Farewell beginning at 6:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel.
