Delores Fox, 79, Whitmore Lake, passed away October 29, 2019. Delores was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Walter Zurakowski and Helen (Molzcko) Zurakowski. She lived in the Philadelphia area until she moved to Whitmore Lake in the 1990’s. Delores is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Brian; and grand nephew, Joshua. Delores loved sweets, dining out, the beach, fishing, Atlantic City and casinos. Delores was very loving and generous. Delores passed peacefully surrounded by family and will be missed by family, friends and neighbors. Delores is survived by her son, David (Laura) Fox; her Daughter-in-Law, Shellie Fox; sister Barbara Conover, brother, Walter Zurakowski; nieces, Lindajean (Scott) Porter, Kimberly(Billy)Pfaff, Laura Zurakowski, Cynthia (Guillermo) Acosta, and Debbie Conover; 5 grandnieces and 6 grand nephews; and 4 great grand nieces and 2 great grand nephews.

Delores’ family and friends will gather from 5-8PM on Sunday, November 3, 2019at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM (10:00AM gathering) on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Old St. Patrick Church on Whitmore Lake Road in Ann Arbor. Father Tom Wasilewski will serve as celebrant. Memorial contributions are suggested to American Diabetes Association.
