His Legacy… Gerald LeRoy St. Charles, 76, passed away January 17, 2020.  He was born on April 18, 1943, in Hamburg, Michigan to Lawrence St. Charles and Juanita (Stevens) St. Charles. Gerald married the love of his life, JiJi (Franks) St. Charles, on August 5, 1978, in Whitmore Lake, Michigan.   He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, and

Grandfather.  Gerald loved to play many games and had a great sense of humor.  He was an incredible bowler and loved the challenge of playing cards and having fun with friends and family.  To him, a stranger was a friend he hadn’t met yet.  Sitting and watching Hallmark movies was a favorite thing to do with his family.  Gerald was a very proud veteran and loved his country.  He is going to be greatly missed.

His Family… Gerald will be missed by his children, Monoco Lee, Jay (DeShayla) St. Charles, A.C. (Melissa Dotimas) St. Charles, and Auneika (Nathan) Evers; siblings, Stephen (Margaret) St. Charles, Michael (Barb) St. Charles, and Laurelyn (Charles) Clement; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, JiJi St. Charles; and parents, Lawrence and Juanita St. Charles.

His Farewell… Gerald’s family and friends will gather Friday, January 24, 2020 from 10:00am till time of service at 11:30am at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Pastor D.J. Reed will serve as celebrant. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wounded Warriors Project and Huron Valley Humane Society.
