Her Legacy…Marian L. Dore, age 87, passed away, November 1, 2019.  Marian was born July 3, 1932 in Detroit, MI to Clarence and Laura (Allaire) Brasseur.  She married the love of her life, Joseph Paul Dore on May 19, 1951 and they had 55 wonderful years together.  Marian loved taking care of her family and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Her Family…Marian will be missed by her children, Diane (Gary) Pietrzyk, Paula (Bernie) Dore, Steven Dore and Theresa Poisson; grandchildren, Jennifer Windsor, Jeffrey Westlake, Joseph (Adrienne) Westlake, Melissa Poisson and Eric Poisson; great grandchildren, Cody, Ellie, William and Catherine.  She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph and her parents, Clarence and Laura.

Her Farewell…Marian’s family and friends will gather on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel, Howell, MI.  Marian’s Community Farewell will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 9:00AM, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.  Please leave a message of comfort to the Dore family by calling 1.877.231.7900 or sign the guestbook at borekjennings.com
