Pinckney, Michigan
His Legacy… Anthony “Tony” Joseph Saulino Jr., 77, passed away September 25, 2022. He was born on September 17, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan to Anthony Joseph Saulino and Helen (Holcomb) Saulino. Tony married Kathy Davis on November 24, 1971 in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. Together for nearly 55 years and married for 51, Kathy was the love of Tony’s life. He graduated from high school in Detroit. From there, he went on to get a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University, and proceeded to get a degree in Law from Wayne State University. He then worked as an attorney with Butzel Long for the majority of his career. Tony had many pleasures in life, including reading; he was a Harry Potter fan, and loved reading fan fiction. He was also an avid golfer, enjoyed sports, gambling and trips to casinos, especially Las Vegas, and wrote a book which he never published. He and Kathy traveled to many different places, their favorites being Tahiti, Rome, and Venice. Tony will be remembered as a man who was honest, charming, witty, funny, intelligent, and had a love for life. Most of all, he will be remembered for how hard he worked to take care of his family, and for being a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.
