Jones, Arlie
Whitmore Lake, MI
His Legacy… Arlie David Jones, 63, passed away April 26, 2026. He was born on April 2, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio to Arlie Jones and Linda (Kitchen) Jones. Arlie spent much of his career as an electrician and enjoyed the work. He loved making everyone laugh, he could often be heard saying “my life is complete, I’ve made everybody laugh today”. He was incredibly proud of his son and grandchildren- and if you were lucky enough to witness their time together, you knew teasing was just another form of love in the Jones family (especially from that “mean” granddaughter he adored). Whether he was collecting models, talking Star Wars, or just being outside soaking up something new, Arlie lived life with curiosity and a grin. Arlie was an incredibly happy person and lived his life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
His Family… Arlie will be missed by his partner, Teresa Calhoun; his son, Joshua Jones; brother, Al Jones; grandchildren, Larson Jones, Amberlynn Jones, and Russell Jones. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arlie and Linda Jones; and aunt, Shirley Rogers.
His Farewell…Arlie’s family and friends will gather for a Community Farewell Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00PM (4:00PM-6:00PM gathering), at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Hamburg, Michigan. Memorial contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society. Please leave a message of comfort for Arlie’s family at 1-877-231-7900, or sign his guestbook at www.borekjennings.com.
