His Legacy… Arthur James Devine, 55, passed away August 28, 2023.  He was born on February 22, 1968, in Howell, Michigan to William Devine and Eva (Kellenberger) Devine. Art was a very caring and laid back person with a calm demeanor. He loved music and having a good time. Art always had a comb in his back pocket, it was his trademark. He was very close to his mom and loved family get togethers. Art loved dogs, especially his German Shepard, Princess. Art was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

His Family… Art will be missed by his sister, Tammy (Bob) Raiford; half-brother, Dan Lobdell; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Eva Devine; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Isabelle Devine; maternal grandparents, Marjorie and Ray Kellenberger; and half-brother, Bruce Lobdell.
