Her Legacy… Audrey Joann Sucher, 82, was welcomed into the arms of our Lord and Savior on Sunday March 28, 2021. She was born on February 20, 1939, to Joseph Zboch and Stephanie (Pilch) Zboch, in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Immaculata High School and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics from Michigan State University. She worked for several years at Detroit Edison and then stayed home with her children. She enjoyed cake baking and decorating, gardening, photography, and Polish cooking. Audrey was a long time parishioner at St Patrick’s Parish in Brighton where she served as a sacristan.

Her Family… Audrey will be missed by her husband of 53 years, Donald Sucher; her children, Christopher Sucher, Gregory (Susan) Sucher Sr., Stephen Sucher, and Annette Lorenz; her brother Gerald (Sue) Zboch; and her grandchildren Christopher, Joseph, Joshua, John Paul, Quentin, Gregory Jr., Katherine, Donald, and Stephanie.

Her Farewell… Audrey’s family and friends are invited to gather between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Monday April 5, 2021 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, 7425 M-36, Hamburg, MI, 48116. Funeral services will be on Tuesday April 6, 2021, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 711 Rickett Rd, Brighton, Michigan. Visitation will be held at 9:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Fr. Joseph Campbell will serve as celebrant. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
