Her Legacy… Barbara Ann Stewart, 91, passed away September 28, 2020.  She was born on September 30, 1928, in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan to Dawson Nacy and Violet (Meininger) Nacy. Barbara married her husband, Lloyd Travis Stewart, on November 3, 1947. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Barbara was loved by all who knew her and loved to be surrounded by her family and friends.  She enjoyed going on trips with her girls to the casinos and gatherings at her home on the lake.  Barbara also played Euchre and Bingo with her friends.  She spent a lot of time at the Hamburg Senior Center and being social.  Barbara will be deeply missed.

Her Family… Barbara will be missed by her children, Joyce Day, Linda Rivers, Susan (Leroy) Eastin, Mary (Mark) Faulkner, Cathy (Ron) Krause and her handpicked daughters, Carol (Jens) Kuehne, Paula Nau; 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lloyd Stewart; parents, Dawson and Violet Nacy; siblings, Thomas Nacy, Sally Ullrey.

Her Farewell… Barbara’s family and friends will gather Friday, October 2, 2020 from 2:00-8:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Her Community Farewell will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00am ( 10:00am gathering) for a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 9565 Musch Road, Brighton, Michigan.  Father John Rocus will serve as celebrant.
