Marshall, Carole
Linden, MI
Her Legacy… Carole Frances Marshall, 82, passed away March 4, 2023. She was born on October 6, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan to Walter Marion Dixon and Florence Agnes (Jacobson) Dixon. Carole married the love of her life, John Phillip Marshall, on December 26, 1959, in Detroit, Michigan. She will be remembered as a kind and giving woman who was “mom” to everyone. If there was a child in her neighborhood that was in need, she always took care of them. Carole was very thoughtful and was always concerned about others needs before her own. She looked for the best in everyone and had a gift for helping others solve problems on their own. Carole adored her grandchildren and always made time for them. Carole was cherished by her family and will be greatly missed. When you told her you loved her, she would always say “love you more”.
Her Family… Carole will be missed by her sons, John (Josette) Marshall, Christopher (Sandra) Marshall; grandchildren, Jacob, Lucas, Hannah, Austin, Jenna; close friend and her grandchildren’s Godfather, Bill Moran. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Phillip Marshall; parents, Walter and Florence Dixon; and siblings, Florence Agnes Mitchell, Walter Marion Dixon, Sandra Louise Duequette.
Her Farewell… Carole’s close friends and family will gather for a celebration of life, Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 12PM-3PM, at Zukey Lake Tavern, 5011 Girard Drive, Pinckney, Michigan.
