Caroline "Carol" Gadwell

Her Legacy… Caroline “Carol” Marie Gadwell, 80, passed away June 7, 2021.  She was born on June 30, 1940, in Caro, Michigan to George and Lillian Czap. Carol worked as a secretary at a church, and as a homemaker. She owned a ’38 Chevy Coupe and participated in car clubs. A devout Catholic, Carol was active in her church, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Howell. She cherished time spent with her family, and will be dearly missed by them. Carol will be remembered as a loving and kind mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Her Family… Carol will be missed by her children, Cathy (Chuck) Fields, Terri (Jim) Napolitan, Paul Gadwell; brother, Larry (Diane) Czap; grandchildren, Aimee, Nicole, Lauren, Anthony, Michael, Bryan, and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Peter Gadwell, and siblings, Tom Czap, and Louise Zundel.

Celebration of Life... A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00am (10:00am gathering) at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 9565 Musch Road, Brighton, Michigan. Father John Rocus will serve as Celebrant. In Carol’s honor, memorial donations may be shared with the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
