Her Legacy… Carrie Lynn Bolesky, 50, passed away March 4, 2023. She was born on February 10, 1973, in Pontiac, Michigan to David Carpenter and Deborah (Armstrong) Townley. Carrie married the love of her life, Trent Bolesky, on March 6, 1993, in Auburn Hills, Michigan. She will be remembered as fun loving and full of sunshine. Carrie was a C.N.A. in home health care, as well as assisted living facilities and was devoted to her patients. She was very empathetic and had a big heart for the elderly that served her well in her profession. Carrie was a champion for the weak and underprivileged. Every Thanksgiving, she would always have people come to dinner if they had no place to go. She was always serving others before herself. Carrie loved the Lord and served God as she gave so selflessly. She was an old soul who loved the 1950’s style and I Love Lucy. Carrie loved to make people laugh and smile and made sure that everyone felt loved. She adored little babies, and her grandchildren were her world. Carrie was cherished by all who knew her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Her Family… Carrie will be missed by her husband, Trent Bolesky; her children, Cassidy (Shawn) King, Camilla (Tyler) Kelley; parents, David (Betty) Carpenter, Debbie Townley; siblings, Andy (Geraldine) Carpenter, Liz (Tom) Boers; grandmother, Esther Armstrong; grandchildren, Carsen, Ziler, Kiani, Rylee; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her son, T.J. Bolesky; step-father, Russ Townley; mother-in-law, Marilyn Klick; father-in-law, Tracy Bolesky.
Her Farewell… Carrie’s family and friends will gather Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Memorial Chapel in Howell, Michigan. Her Community Farewell will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 11:00AM(10AM gathering), at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Memorial Chapel. Pastor Jim Mascow will serve as celebrant. Memorial contributions are suggested to Gideons International. Please wear yellow in honor of Carrie’s favorite color and to remember her bright, cheery personality.
