His Legacy… Chad Michael Papow, 43, passed away July 24, 2026. He was born on January 25, 1983, in Dearborn, Michigan to Eugene Papow and Diana (McKinnon) Papow. Chad was an incredibly kind and loving person with a beautiful, pure soul. Though he was quiet and often kept to himself, he was always willing to lend a helping hand and could be counted on by anyone in need. He devoted himself to caring for his father, Eugene, who was wheelchair bound, demonstrating compassion and selflessness. An avid outdoorsman, Chad enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also loved sports, especially golfing and bowling. He was a devoted uncle who adored his niece and cherished the time they spent together. Chad also had a special love for dogs, which brought him great joy throughout his life. Chad was deeply loved and will be forever missed by his family, friends and all who had the joy of knowing him.
His Family… Chad will be missed by his mother, Diana Papow; brother, Michael Papow; niece, Emma Papow; numerous extended family; and his beloved dogs, Buddy and Zoey. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Papow.
His Farewell… Chad’s family and friends will gather Monday, August 3, 2026, from 4:00PM-7:00PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Hamburg, Michigan. His Community Farewell will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 11:00AM (10:00AM gathering), at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Hamburg, Michigan.
