His Legacy…Christopher J. Huetteman, 64, passed away peacefully after a short bout of cancer, June 30, 2021.  He was born on June 4, 1957, in Detroit, MI to John Huetteman and Diane (Cetlinski) Huetteman.

Christopher endeared himself to everyone he met by being sincerely interested in other’s stories, and treating others with respect. He loved spending time with his daughter, enjoyed golfing with his brothers and best friend, reminiscing with his sister, and spending time with his dad at the cottage. Christopher adored his nieces and nephews and was always supportive. He enjoyed sports, playing his guitar (self-taught), listening to music, cuisine from around the world, old classic movies, and anything involving WWII. A devout Catholic, he prayed his rosary daily. Christopher will be remembered as a loving, free-spirited, funny, and caring father, son, brother and uncle.

His Family… Christopher will be missed by his daughter, Erynn Macciomei (fiancé Dylan Quiros), father, John Huetteman; sister, Kathleen (Mark) Zande; brothers, Paul (Lauren) Huetteman, David Huetteman, many nieces and nephews and best buddy, Kenny Jarvis. He is preceded in death by his mother, Diane Huetteman; grandparents, Raymond and Violet Huetteman, Constantine and Wanda Cetlinski.

His Farewell… Christopher’s friends and family will gather on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM (10:00 AM gathering) for a  Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 9565 Musch Road, Brighton, MI 48116.
