Her Legacy… Consolacion "Cholly" Ilumin Marshall, 61, passed away on July 13, 2026. She was born on November 16, 1964, in Manila, Philippines, to Rudy Ilumin and Lourdes (Nicandro) Ilumin. Cholly married the love of her life, Timothy Marshall, on January 26, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cholly was incredibly loving, selfless, and devoted to those around her, always putting others before herself. She had a gift for making people laugh and smile, and her warmth and sense of humor brightened every room she entered. Feisty and spirited, Cholly faced life's challenges with remarkable strength and determination.
She adored her grandchildren and cherished every opportunity to play games and spend time with them. A naturally talented cook, Cholly rarely needed a recipe. She found great joy in preparing meals and sharing them with family and friends, expressing her love through her cooking.
Cholly also enjoyed shopping, singing karaoke, and watching movies, especially action films. In her younger years, she loved writing poetry and was honored with an award for one of her poems, reflecting her creative spirit and love of self-expression.
Cholly was a blessing to all who knew her. Her kindness, strength, laughter, and unwavering love will be remembered always, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
Her Family… Cholly will be missed by her husband, Timothy Marshall; her children, Ariza Arriesgado, JR (Sam) Arriesgado, Camille Marshall; mother, Lourdes Ilumin; sister, Olive; grandchildren, Enzo Arriesgado, Fiona Arriesgado, and Isabel Arriesgado. She is preceded in death by her father Rudy Ilumin, and siblings.
