Kendall, Craig
Stockbridge, Michigan
His Legacy… Craig Edward Kendall, 68, passed away on June 20, 2026. He was born on April 27, 1958, in Jackson, Michigan to Edward Kendall and Carole (Crippin) Peevey. Craig married Barbara (Senchuk) Kendall, on July 14, 1990, in Montrose, Michigan. Craig will be remembered as a man who truly enjoyed life's simple pleasures and the friendships he built along the way. One of his greatest passions was fireworks. For many years, he dedicated his time and energy to helping organize and put on the annual Ore Lake fireworks show, an event he looked forward to each year and one that brought joy to countless families in the community. An avid collector, he had a special interest in coins and enjoyed searching for unique pieces to add to his collection. He also loved restoring and repairing old slot machines, taking pride in bringing them back to life and preserving a piece of history. The outdoors held a special place in his heart. He treasured his trips to deer camp in Mio, Michigan, where he spent many seasons hunting, sharing stories, and creating lifelong memories with his close friends. Winter brought another favorite pastime snowmobiling. Whether riding through fresh snow or exploring trails with friends and family, he embraced every opportunity to enjoy Michigan's outdoors. Known for his strength and competitive spirit, he was also a proud participant in an arm-wrestling and bowling league, where he enjoyed both the challenge and camaraderie of fellow competitors. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on through the family and friends who were fortunate enough to share in his life and adventures.
His Family… Craig will be missed by his girlfriend Jacqueline Stewart; his children Brianna (Adam) Coppernoll, Ryan Kendall, their mother Barbara (Senchuk) Kendall, stepdaughter Crystal (Jay) Hoag and her 4 children. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward Kendall and Carole (Crippin) Peevey and his brother Richard Kendall.
His Farewell…Craig’s family and friends will gather on June 26, 2026, from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Hamburg, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be given to family for future designation.
