His Legacy… Daniel Chester Nowakowski Sr., 89, passed away December 18, 2024. He was born on August 13, 1935, in Buffalo, New York to Chester and Blanche Nowakowski. Daniel married Patricia Nawrocki in Buffalo, New York. Daniel had a career in the travel industry. He worked in management positions for various international airlines. He shared his love of travel with Patricia. They enjoyed trips abroad and also traveling throughout Michigan and the east coast. Dan had a fondness for the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and birdwatching. He was also an avid horse lover who owned many race horses over the years. Watching them race at the track always brought him great pleasure.
His Family… Daniel will be missed by his children, Lynn Lombardi, Daniel Nowakowski II, Gail (Steve) Panoff; brother, Ken Nowakowski; grandchildren, Mark Lombardi, Eve Lombardi, and Joseph Panoff. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Nowakowski; parents, Chester and Blanche Nowakowski; and sister, Patricia Krempa.
