Her Legacy… Dilys Elizabeth Wiseley, 91, passed away on June 10th, 2026.  She was born on March 19th, 1935, in Port Huron, Michigan to Rev. Robert Richards and Mildred (Berg) Richards. Dilys married the love of her life, Allan Wiseley, on June 15, 1956, in Franklin, Michigan. Dilys was truly one of a kind. She was glamorous, witty, bold, and full of life. She had a gift for making every person feel special, remembered, and loved. Whether it was a birthday, a holiday, a family gathering, or an ordinary day that she turned into an adventure, Dilys showed up with style, humor, and heart. Music was a beautiful part of Dilys' life. She shared her talent as a pianist at Von Maur for more than 20 years, playing for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and countless shoppers who were lucky enough to hear her. She had the rare ability to play by ear, filling the room with songs that brought comfort, joy, and elegance. Dilys was also known for her love of fashion and flair. Her nails were always done, her lipstick was always on, and she believed there was no such thing as too much sparkle. She loved shopping, jewelry, glitz, glam, Chicago P.D., margaritas, and being ready for an outing at any hour of the day or night. Above all else, Dilys loved her family. She taught those around her the importance of loyalty, showing up, helping one another, and never forgetting where you came from. She was the heart of her family, and her presence will be deeply missed by many.

Her Family… Dilys will be missed by her children; Mark Wiseley, Lisa (Jeff) Kuebler, Brett (Christina) Wiseley, Derek Wiseley and his partner Jackie Beaudry. sister, Megan Winter; grandchildren; Megan (Cody Miller) Wiseley, Marcus (Elizabeth) Wiseley, Cody (Meghan Fix) Wiseley, Tyler Wiseley, Dylan (Dominique) Wiseley, Elise Wiseley and Nicholas (Macauley) Wiseley; her great-grandchildren, Eleanor, Agnes, Cy, Stella, Hunter and Kimberly; and many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Allan Richard Wiseley, her parents Rev. Robert and Mildred Richards.  

Her Farewell… Dilys’ family and friends will gather Monday, June 15, 2026, from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Hamburg, Michigan. Her Community Farewell will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00AM (10:00AM gathering) at First United Methodist Church in Brighton, Michigan. Rev. John Reynolds will serve as celebrant.
