Her Legacy… Dolores Helene Movinski, 94, passed away November 5, 2025.  She was born on November 25, 1930, in Allen Park, Michigan to Martin Eckman and Myrtle (Hughes) Eckman. Dolores married the love of her life, Robert Movinski on May 7, 1954, in Bowling Green, Ohio. Dolores was very sweet and loving, she made an impact on everyone that she met. She enjoyed talking to people and everyone loved her. Dolores loved horse racing and worked for some time at the Hazel Park Racetrack. She was a phenomenal artist and could work with many different types of media. Dolores and her husband enjoyed woodworking together and selling their handmade items at many different craft shows. She made many wonderful memories traveling with her daughter. They visited Alaska, Amish Country Ohio, Natural Bridge State Park in Kentucky, Tahquamenon Falls in Paradise, Michigan, and many other places. She was very funny and liked to joke around. Dolores was dearly loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Her Family… Dolores will be missed by her children, Michael (Mary Ann) Movinski, Patricia Barba; brother, Martin (Elsie) Eckman; grandchildren, Zachary Angileri, Jordan Movinski, Austin Movinski; and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Movinski; parents, Martin and Myrtle Eckman; son, William Movinski; and son-in-law, Christopher Barba.

Her Farewell… Dolores’s family and friends will gather for a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 11:00AM (10AM gathering), at St. Mary Catholic Church, Pinckney, Michigan. Rev.
