Donald Glassford

His Legacy… Donald “Don” Glassford, age 89, passed away March 22, 2024. He was born on February 1, 1935, in Port Huron, MI to Donald and Hazel (McMullin) Glassford. Donald met the love of his life, Patricia Dappert, at the age of 16 and dated until they married in 1957. They were married for 63 years until her passing in 2021. He worked for Ford Motor Company for many years as an overseas chief engineer. In his spare time, Donald enjoyed woodworking and tinkering in the garage. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family… Donald is survived by his children, Debby, Mike (Lorrie), Cathie (Scott Neumann); six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren with another one on the way.

His Farewell… A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 11AM with family greeting guests at 10AM at St. John Catholic Church (Historic Little Church).
