His Legacy…Donn Edwin Nelson, 70, passed away November 20, 2025.  He was born on November 30, 1954, in Elmhurst, Illinois to Donn Nelson and Carole (Berkshire) Nelson. Donn earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Eastern Michigan University, where he met his wife. He was employed at Arbor Beverage for over 40 years. Donn married the love of his life, Elizabeth Frank, on November 14, 1981, in Dexter, Michigan. Donn was an avid golfer and loved many sports. He liked watching U of M football, the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Tigers. He enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, playing solitaire and mahjong. Donn was incredibly loving, and was always willing to help friends and family.  He adored his wife and family. Donn was a joy to know, and he will be deeply missed.

His Family… Donn will be greatly missed by his wife, Elizabeth Nelson; siblings, Kenn (Elizabeth) Nelson, Nancy Moore; sister-in-law, Andrea (Ron) Tupper; nieces and nephews, Nelson Moore, Michelle (Chuck) Byrnes, Christine Tupper; brother-in-law, Robert Geierman; and numerous close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donn and Carole Nelson; brother-in-law, Frederick Moore; and sister-in-law, Mary Geierman.
