Born in Neustadt/Haardt Germany, Erika came to the USA In 1954. While living In Germany Erika was employed by the French Resistance.

Erika spoke four languages fluently, opening many doors for employment. In 1958 she married Richard Hoffman.

She was employed by Anaconda Brass, In both Connecticut and Detroit.

Erika's wanderlust took her to France, Italy, England, Scotland, China and Egypt. After retirement, Erika became an office assistant for Lakeland CC.

Erika was proceeded In death by her mother Sophie, and father Otto, and husband Richard. She Is survived by her step brother Dieter Klee and dear friends Patrick Kevin Miller, Carol Konkel, and Robert Risch.
