Mannarino, Gerald “Jerry”
South Lyon, MI
His Legacy… Our family would like you to share time with us and say goodbye to our brilliant, loving and caring dad, husband and grandpa. Gerald “Jerry” Mannarino, born on February 17, 1949, passed away on September 27, 2025 in Vermont. He left a lasting legacy in the hearts of his family, friends and coworkers at Kenwal Steel Company, where he was Chief Metallurgist. He had over 60 years of steel making experience and was known all over the world for his knowledge about steel making (Ford Rouge Steel Co., Marty’s Tool and Die welding, die formability and sales). Jerry loved to study, learn and teach others about investing their money to get dividends from his famous/favorite stock, DNP. They called him “S & S” (stocks and steel). Jerry was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
His Family… Jerry will be missed by his wife, Jan Mannarino; his children, Gabriel (Holly Halliday) Mannarino, of Vermont, David (Kate Krasean) Mannarino, of Novi; grandchildren, Molly (13), Mindy (12) and Maya (6); and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel and Rose Mannarino; and sister, Diane Owens.
