Gerald Anthony Secco

His Legacy… Gerald Anthony Secco, 68, passed away March 12, 2020.  He was born on September 21, 1951, in Detroit, Michigan to Tony Secco and Shirley (Baldi) Secco. Jerry married the love of his life, Connie (Ward) Secco, on November 15, 1975, in Wyandotte, Michigan. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother.  Jerry dedicated his life to work hard and make sacrifices so he could provide for his family.  He enjoyed sports, especially the Detroit Tigers and spending time with his family on the lake.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

His Family… Jerry will be missed by his wife, Connie Secco; his children, Rebecca (Jason) Turner, Timothy (Alissa) Secco, and Aaron Secco; father, Tony Secco; siblings, Robert (Joanna) Secco, David (Linda) Secco, and Michael Secco; grandchildren, Madalyn, Owen, Lauren, Cassandra, Issabella, Carson. He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Streeter; and sister, Donna Secco.

His Farewell… Jerry’s family and friends will gather Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 4:00-8:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. His Community Farewell will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00am (10:00am gathering) at Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church, 2101 S. Hacker Road, Brighton, Michigan. Memorial contributions are suggested in lieu of flowers. Donations will support the Neuro Oncology Gift Fund at the University of Michigan.
