Gladys Diane (Pedigo) Osiecki

Her Legacy… Gladys Diane Osiecki 89, passed away September 9th, 2025.  She was born on April 09, 1936, in Chicago, Illinois to Harry Pedigo and Martha (Voss) Pedigo. Gladys married the love of her life, Richard Beanie Osiecki, on December 26th, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. She will be remembered as a strong and bighearted woman, with an abundance of love. Gladys was energetic and feisty, unifying the family as a peacemaker, and greatly enjoyed baking for her family. She will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

Her Family… Gladys will be missed by her children, Rickie Osiecki, Vicki McGinnis, Linda Johnson, Patty Miles, Theresa (Jacque) Frenette, Angie Osiecki, and Deanna (Edward) Carvana; grandchildren, Michael (Jenn) Blackford, Ashley Myers, and over fifteen other grandchildren; and brother-in-law Fred Scheffler. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Osiecki, siblings; Darlene Scheffler; brothers, Alec Thompson, Joe Thompson, and Sunny Pedigo; and son Harry Osiecki.

Her Farewell… Gladys’ family and friends will gather Tuesday September 16th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Shelters Chapel. Her Community Farewell will follow visitation at 1:00 PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Shelters Chapel, 250 North Mill Street, Pinckney MI.  Pastor Dan Quagliata will serve as celebrant.
