Helen Bellaw Obituary

Her Legacy… Helen May Bellaw, 95, passed away on January 15, 2025.  She was born on September 16, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan, to Amin Hamway and Nellie Hamway. Helen married the love of her life, Richard Bellaw, on July 12, 1991, in Lake Tahoe, California. She will be remembered as a loving, kind, and fun person who was a true warrior, staying positive through life's later challenges. Helen dedicated 28 years of her life working for Ford Motor Company, retiring as a Tool Order Analyst. She had a deep passion for traveling, especially going on cruises with her family. Her many pastimes included gardening, cooking, painting, knitting, crocheting, and exploring various other crafts. Helen loved spending time with family, often playing games, with Mexican Train being her favorite. After retirement, she enjoyed many winters in her Florida home and took memorable trips with Richard in their motorhome. Above all, her unwavering faith in Jesus and her devotion to her church were central to her life.
