Her Legacy… Helen Niles, 84, passed away December 1, 2022.  She was born on March 4, 1938, in New Westminster, British Columbia to Etienne Cloutier and Alice (Pelletier) Cloutier. Helen married the love of her life, Chuck Niles, on August 10, 1957, in Ferndale, Michigan. Helen was a strong woman who overcame many hurdles in her life. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family and her friends at both the Northfield Senior Center and Hamburg Senior, where she built a strong family community. She will be greatly missed.

Her Family… Helen will be missed by her children, Russel (Mary) Niles, Karen (David) Abramowicz, and Matthew (April) Niles; grandchildren, Danielle, Christopher, Sean, and Erin; great grandchildren, Connor, Aubrei, Adrianna, and Liam; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Niles, son, Mark Niles, siblings, Yvette Taylor and Raymond Cloutier, and her parents, Etienne and Alice Cloutier.

Her Farewell… Helen’s family and friends will gather Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel in Hamburg, Michigan. A Scripture service will follow at 7:00pm.
