His Legacy… Henry James Taylor Jr., 83, passed away December 30, 2025. He was born on November 1, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Henry “Hank” Taylor and Mildred (Schafer) Taylor. Henry married the love of his life, Ann McElhany, on February 2, 1968, in Erie, Pennsylvania. Henry was an engineer at the Lord Corporation throughout his career. After his retirement he found a passion for Harleys, putting over 15,000 miles on his Harley his first year retired. He became a Harley salesman, and it brought him so much joy. Henry was well known for his well-maintained mustache, and he loved talking to people, he never knew a stranger. He enjoyed traveling- whether riding his Harley or traveling with his wife on cruises and to Disney. Henry was the definition of sacrifice, always putting others before himself. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Henry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
His Family… Henry will be missed by his wife, Ann Taylor; his children, Alison (Aaron) Cucchetti, C.J. “Chris” (Jennifer) Taylor, Josh Taylor; grandchildren, Sophia Cucchetti, Maya Cucchetti, Nathaniel Taylor and Ethan Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Sr. and Mildred Taylor; and brother, John “Jack” Taylor.
