Janey Marie Lewis

Her Legacy… Janey Marie Lewis, age 54, passed away March 31, 2021. She was born on February 14, 1967, in Ann Arbor, MI to Lon Huhman and Kristen (Tasch) Strauss. Janey enjoyed coloring, sewing, watching scary movies, and crime shows. Janey made annual trips with her family to Florida. Most of all, Janey loved spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a humorous and loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Janey will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her Family… Janey leaves behind her daughters, Jessica (Anté), Cassondra (Braden), Megan (Matthew); and five grandchildren. She is also survived by her father, Lon (Sue); stepfather, Dan Strauss; sister, Amy Vierling; and former husband, Harvey Lewis. She is preceded in death by her mother, Kristen; and sister, Katie.

Her Farewell… Janey's Family Farewell service will be held Monday, April 19th at 12:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel.
