His Legacy... Jeff will be remembered for his crazy humor and his caring nature as a man who lived with love and purpose. Born and raised in DeWitt, he graduated from Dewitt High School, where he was a member of the swim team.
He served his country with honor in the U.S. Army and National Guard for 27 years, including time in Germany and during the Desert Storm campaign. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and professional hunter for Veteran Broadheads, and he especially enjoyed hunting whitetail deer and turkey. He was also a skilled competitive marksman in both rifle and pistol shooting. Jeff became licensed to operate his own at-home HAM radio, which he used to connect with people near and far.
Above all, Jeff loved his family. He was a devoted husband, son, brother, and grandfather who will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and love for his grandkids.
