Jeffrey L. Smallwood

His Legacy… Jeffrey Smallwood, age 63, passed away December 26, 2025. He was born on July 21, 1962 in Detroit, MI to JL “Cotton” and Louise (Shuler) Smallwood. Jeff worked repairing lines for AT&T for many years prior to his retirement in 2014. He went on mission trips with UB Church in Fowlerville. Jeff enjoyed watching horror movies like Grave Encounters and Zombieland. He also liked watching UFC fighting and Red Wings games. In his spare time, Jeff created sterling silver and turquoise jewelry. Jeff will be remembered for his kind and loving heart, being silly, and his Tarzan yell. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family… Jeff leaves behind his significant other, Ratchell Angcon; children, Emily (Cameron) Jackson and Jesse Smallwood; and grandchildren, Marley, Aiden, and Ronan. He is also survived by his sister, Julie Figurski; former wife, Kathleen Smallwood; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bruce Smallwood.
