His Legacy…John Albert Snore Sr., 83, passed away at home, peacefully surrounded by his family on January 7, 2025.  He was born on September 21, 1941, in Nashville, Michigan to Frank Snore and Ethel (Freeman) Snore. John married the love of his life Constance “Connie” Feldpausch, on May 1, 1965, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. John was a proud Army veteran, serving from 1959-1962. After the military, John had a career with Ford Motor Company as a machine operator, retiring after 30 plus years. John was an avid ice fisherman. He enjoyed taking care of his yard and keeping it nicely maintained. John’s favorite pastime was watching figure 8 racing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren and having lunch at the senior center where he enjoyed good company. John was incredibly likeable and had many friends. He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

His Family… John will be missed by his children, Jeff Snore, Jason Snore; brother, Raymond (Annette) Snore; grandchildren, Nioka (Jason), Nicole (Brandon), Jeffrey; great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Jason, Autumn, Adriana; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Connie Snore; parents, Frank and Ethel Snore; son, John Snore Jr; sister, Betty Goodenough; brother, Pete Snore; and daughter-in-law, Charlie Snore.

His Farewell… John’s family and friends will gather Monday, January 13, 2025, from 4:00PM-8:00PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel, Michigan. His Community Farewell will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 12:00PM (11AM gathering), at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel.
