Long, Keith
Whitmore Lake, MI
His Legacy… Keith Paul Long, 57, passed away March 18, 2024. He was born on April 24, 1966, in Livonia, Michigan to Douglas Long and Alice (Hitchcock) Long. Keith will be remembered as a devoted family man who put his loved ones before anything else. Keith had a great sense of humor and could light up the room. He loved all sports, but especially hockey; he was a big Detroit Red Wings and U of M fan. Keith was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He had a love for cars and racing. Keith was a movie buff and could quote from them all. He loved to play card games and got great joy from teaching his grandchildren many different games (and also sending them back home filled up with lots of candy). Keith was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
His Family… Keith will be missed by his children, Kristopher (Nichole) Long, Melissa Kramer; mother, Alice Winkelman; sisters, Susan (Rick) Guinn, Julie (Jason) Meadows; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Ophelia, Abigail; nephews, Ricky, Nathan, Ethan; niece, Allyson. He is preceded in death by his father, Douglas Long; and step-dad, Kenneth Winkelman.
His Farewell… Keith’s family and friends will gather Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 10:30AM-11:30AM, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 7701 M-36, Whitmore Lake, Michigan.
