His Legacy… Kenneth James Baunoch, 92, passed away February 16, 2021. He was born on May 28, 1928, in Port Huron, Michigan to Jacob Baunoch and Dorothy (Stoner) Baunoch. Kenneth married the love of his life, Sylvia (Foster) Baunoch, on November 20, 1948, in Allen Park, Michigan. Kenneth was an avid outdoors man, he enjoyed hunting, going out on his boat fishing, landscaping in his back yard and snowmobiling. He loved to tinker on projects, truly a jack of all trades, he was always lending a helping hand to those in need. When he wasn’t working on projects he liked watching sports games, whether it be football, hockey or baseball. Above all Kenneth will be remembered as a busy Mr. fix-it who was an amazing provider for his family.
His Family… Kenneth will be missed by his children, Linda Trent, Kathy (Jeffery) Thomas, Beverly (Frank) Anderson, Kenneth (Sheran) Baunoch, Tina (Michael) Legris; siblings, Norma Siebold and Allen (Fran) Baunoch; 27 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren. Kenneth is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sylvia Baunoch; daughter Sharon Pokorski, son Keith; parents; Jacob and Dorothy Baunoch; siblings; Marlin Baunoch, John Baunoch, Dorothy Harris and Barbara Smith.
His Farewell… Kenneth’s family and friends will gather Friday, February 19, 2021 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (public visitation) at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. His private farewell will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Borek Jennings. Memorial contributions are suggested to Arbor Hospice.
