Lilia Padron

Her Legacy… Lilia Padron, age 90, peacefully passed away on March 1, 2026. She was born on January 28, 1936, in Los Nogales Agualeguas Nuevo León, México to Raúl Gutiérrez and María de Lourdes Gutiérrez.

Lilia will be lovingly remembered for her kind and generous spirit. She gave her heart freely to her family and friends, always putting others before herself. Her beautiful smile could brighten any room, and her warm hugs brought comfort and joy to everyone she held close.

She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—visiting family and friends, taking relatives to baseball games, watching airplanes land and depart, eating a Whopper at Burger King and watching The Price Is Right. These small traditions became cherished memories for those who shared them with her. Lilia’s love, warmth, and gentle presence will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Her Family… Lilia will be missed by her siblings, Juan C., Alfonso and Idalia Gutiérrez; along with many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymundo Padron, her brothers, Godfrey, Raúl, Alvaro, Cesar and Juvencio Gutiérrez  and her parents, Raúl and María de Lourdes Gutiérrez.

Her Farewell… Lilia’s family and friends will gather 5:00-8:00 pm, Friday March 13, 2026, with a Time of Remembrance service starting at 7:00 pm, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell, Michigan.
