Her Legacy… Linda Elaine Sjostrom, 66, passed away September 6, 2023.  She was born on April 12, 1957, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to James Edward Tripp and Esther Lexcena (Bariger) Tripp. Linda loved spending time with her parents on their farm and had a love for horses. She had a strong faith and loved going to church, where she played the organ. Linda was incredibly creative and artistic. She was a talented cake decorator, and enjoyed crocheting blankets and hats. Linda was a social butterfly who loved learning new things. In her downtime she enjoyed gardening, playing piano, and board games.  Linda loved the holidays, always decorating and dressing up for them. She always wanted to make everyone around her happy and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Linda was a pack leader on her sons Cub Scouts troops. Her family was her whole world and she devoted her life to her children. Linda was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Her Family… Linda will be missed by her children, Kelli Sjostrom, James (Jillian) Sjostrom, Timothy Sjostrom; her children in her heart, Ryan Smith, Jonathan Rolf; brother, Rodger Tripp; and many “fur grandbabies”. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Esther Tripp; and brother, Edward Tripp.

Her Farewell… Linda’s family and friends will gather Wednesday September 13, 2023, from 3PM-8PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Her Community Farewell will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 11:00AM (10AM gathering), at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Pastor Dan Quagliata will serve as celebrant.
