Her Legacy… Margaret Ann Wohlfeil, 88, passed away May 19, 2021.  She was born on March 23, 1933, in Saginaw, Michigan to James Rogers and Matilda (McCall) Rogers. Margaret married the love of her life, Robert Wohlfeil, on July 7, 1955, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dearborn, Michigan. Margaret took classes at Michigan State for Mechanical Design, an occupation she enjoyed and did for most of her life. She specialized in the design of heating and cooling units in historic buildings, and won several awards for her work. She was also a professional model. She will be remembered for her love of yoga, golf, and drawing, and most especially, her love for her kids. Margaret was also very social and a good cook, loving to entertain. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Her Family… Margaret will be missed by her sons, Eric (Jill), Kurt, Marc (Martha), and Rodd (Jacqueline); brother, James; grandchildren Martha, Matthew, Madeline, Margo, Mitchell, Maxwell, Claire, Lydia, Cody, Brittni, Kaci, Rodd, Donte, Isaiah, Jason, and David; great grandchildren Embrie, Otto, and Pazley. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert.

Her Farewell… Margaret’s family and friends will gather from 4:00 – 8:00pm, on Sunday, May 23, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Her Community Farewell will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 11:00am [10:00am gathering] at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hamburg, Michigan.  Pastor Jeff Burgess will serve as celebrant.
