Margaret Newman, lovingly known as "Margie" to her closest friends, passed away peacefully
on October 21, 2025, at the age of 85. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, on September 16,
1940, Margie carried the warmth, humor, and spirit of her Brooklyn roots throughout her life.

pride in every performance.
Among the many blessings in Margie's life was her extraordinary relationship with her sister,
Prudy. The two shared an unbreakable bond filled with laughter, unconditional love, and
countless memories. Their connection was a beautiful example of sisterhood and lifelong
friendship.
