Michael Lee Alchin

Michael Lee Alchin passed away peacefully on July 2025 with his son by his side. Michael was born August 21, 1954, to Raymond and Sandra (Burgess) Alchin, who both have predeceased him. Michael is survived by his son Sean Alchin, brother Raymond Scott (Terri) Alchin, sisters Cheryl Crofoot and Judith (Greg) Lennox. Michael also leaves behind three nieces and four nephews. He is also survived by two uncles, Larry (Judith) Alchin and Brian (Sharon) Burgess and many many cousins. Michael was an avid sports fan and loved following the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. Michael retired from Diamond Chrome in Howell MI as a chrome plater for 43 years. He then devoted his time working on his home, and doing the things he loved to do such as riding his motorcycle, riding his quad, riding snowmobiles and spending time with his son. Mike also enjoyed playing his harmonica at family gatherings. A memorial service will be held at the Herrmann Funeral Home in Fowlerville MI on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Visitation at 10:00 am. Service will follow at 12:00.
