Michael Edward Wolf

His Legacy… Michael Edward Wolf, age 87, passed away on February 10, 2025. He was born on December 6, 1937 in Detroit, MI to Daniel and Mary (Pendergast) Wolf. Mike married Kathleen Hass on May 6, 1966 in Dearborn, MI. He proudly served in the United States Navy. Mike continued to help and serve others in a variety of areas, both in church and in his community. Mike liked to travel around the world. He enjoyed running. Most of all, Mike loved spending time with his family. He connected well with children and dogs. Mike will be remembered for his reserved nature, integrity, dry sense of humor, and passion for justice. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family… Mike leaves behind his wife, Kathleen; daughters, Anne Marie Wolf, Kristin Wolf, Meghan Wolf (Pete Letkeman); and grandson, Matthew. He is also survived by siblings, Mark (Bonnie) Wolf, Kathy Cyr, and Dan (Kathy) Wolf. Mike is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Lou Wisser; and brother-in-law, Tom Cyr.

His Farewell… Mike's Community Farewell will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The gathering will begin at 9:30 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, located at 711 Rickett Road, Brighton, MI. Memorial contributions are suggested to Detroit Catholic Central High School, of which Mike was a proud graduate.
