Miller Darrow Obituary

His Legacy… Miller Joseph Darrow was born on February 28, 1996 to Michael Darrow. Miller passed away on the morning of June 10th at the age of 24.

Miller was the kind of person that would do anything for anyone. He will be remembered as a kind, patient and selfless person. Miller was a gentle giant, and while always trying to cover his face in pictures, he had a smile that will never be forgotten.

Miller was generous when it came to fixing friends’ and relatives‘ auto troubles. Even if it meant spending time outside in the freezing cold with the help of his Dad, as the assistant to the mechanic. His motto was always, “I can fix that!”.

He was a co-owner of Darrow Construction Company along with his dad, Mike, and brother, Mitchell. While at the job site, Axel and Stryker were never far behind.

Miller cherished his nieces and nephews, spending hours doing anything they wanted. He could fish a kite out of a tree quicker than a tantrum could be started, and was always willing to just get down in the dirt to play.

He loved to vacation with his family up north and go fishing. His favorite spot was St. Ignace, especially Clyde’s Drive In. It wasn’t vacation without the “Big C”.

Miller enjoyed so many different activities. He could shoot like a pro and enjoyed showing off at the range, riding his motorcycle, dirt bike races (even though he lost to his Dad at the last one, Miller swore it was by a technicality though) and taking care of his two best friends, Axel and Stryker. Miller was an amazing young man who would give you the shirt off his back if it helped you. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family… Miller will be missed by his father, Michael Darrow; siblings, Reaghan (Justin) Walz, Michael Darrow, Mitchell (Brittany) Darrow, Riley (Nathan) Grover; nieces and nephews, Lily Walz, Colt Walz, Taylor Walz, Emmy Walz and Clay Grover; Dogs, Axel (his baby), and Stryker (his child). Along with his many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

His Farewell… Miller’s family and friends will gather Monday, June 15, 2020 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Chapel. His brother Mike will serve as celebrant. In lieu of a flower memorial, contributions may be given to family for future care of his babies, Axel and Stryker. Checks for Axel and Stryker may be made out to Mitchell Darrow.
