Her Legacy… Nanette Leigh Hubenschmidt, 66, passed away December 27, 2020. She was born on June 25, 1954, in Pontiac, Michigan to Richard Sherman Melton and Lou Elizabeth (Legg) Melton. Nanette married the love of her life, Terry Hubenschmidt, on August 14, 1976, in Livonia, Michigan. They shared a life together for 44 years. She will be remembered as an avid crafter and animal lover. Nanette enjoyed camping and traveling to warm destinations. She was also a HUGE Detroit Redwings Fan.

Her Family… Nanette will be missed by her husband Terry Hubenschmidt; her children, Nichole Anne Martin, Tiffany Lynne (Allen) Eckley; grandchildren Natalie Martin, Robert Martin, Bradley Eckley; siblings, Mike Melton (Nancy) and Yvonne Van Every. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Her Farewell… Nanette’s family and friends will gather in the spring of 2021 at a time a place to be determined.
