Kipley, Patricia
Brighton, MI
Her Legacy… Patricia Ann Kipley, 82, left this world on August 23, 2025, surrounded by love. She was born on June 14, 1943, in Wayne, Michigan to Alexander Keefe and Charlene (Gregory) Keefe. Pat married the love of her life, John Kipley, on May 7, 1966, in Wayne, Michigan. Pat had an absolute limitless love for her family and was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a natural attraction to help others; she built and maintained friendships with many. She was known for her “Pat checks”, she was always checking on those who were sick or hurting. Pat enjoyed writing cards and sent countless cards to those she loved throughout the years. Pat loved babies and children; she was “Grandma Pat” to so many. She enjoyed being outside digging in the dirt, moving rocks, and even last year could be found building a snowman or making snow angels. Pat was very patriotic; she was born on Flag Day and loved her country and the flag. She was a faith-filled parishioner and founding member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. Her faith was incredibly important to her. Pat was a joy to know and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Pat being Pat, she took the time years ago to write down a few thoughtful instructions, including telling you all here… “Road Now Traveled-Till We Meet Again!”
Her Family… Pat will be missed by her husband, John Kipley; her children, Ann and Steve Davis, Cindy and Rich Lukotch, Mike and Laurie Kipley; grandchildren, Drew Davis, Katie Davis, Meghan Davis, Mason Kipley, Logan Kipley, Lila Kipley; and numerous beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Charlene Keefe; brother, Alexander Keefe; and niece, Deborah Lazarin.
