Her Legacy… Patricia Elnora Schmidt, 83, passed away July 10, 2022.  She was born on March 5, 1939, in Flint, Michigan to Owen Dobbs and Leona (Holden) Dobbs. Patricia married the love of her life, Frank Sr. (Buck), on November 16, 1957 in Flint, MI. She will be remembered for her humor, understated wisdom and a devoted mother who loved to swim and play with her children and grandchildren.  Whether her moniker was Mom, Grandma, Aunt Pat, Mama Pat or Miss Pat, kids of all ages loved her.  She found delight and peace watching her birds at the feeder and the purple martins swooping the lake. 

Her Family… Patricia will be missed by her children, Frank Jr. (Linda), Beth Notarius (Mark Persitz) and Roger (Heidi); brother, Charles Dobbs (Gloria); grandchildren Richard Craig III, Parker, Travis and Ian; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings Eugene Dobbs and Sharon Robinson. 

Her Farewell… Patricia’s family and friends will gather Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00AM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel in Hamburg, Michigan. Her Community Farewell will follow at 11:00AM.  Her nephew, Pr. Rob Schmidt will serve as celebrant.
