Pearl Ann (Andrich) Fritz

Her Legacy… Pearl Ann Fritz, age 97, passed away July 24, 2021. She was born on February 3, 1924 in Detroit, MI to Louis and Eva (Drouillard) Andrich. Pearl married the love of her life, Woodward Wakefield Mead, in 1943 in Detroit, Michigan.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Pearl loved spending time with her family for holidays and at their cottage on the water.  She also enjoyed painting and creating artwork in her free time. Pearl will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her Family… Pearl leaves behind her children, Diane (Charles) Mariotti, Cynthia (Michael) White;  grandchildren, Audrey White, Michael (Angela) White Jr., Eva Mariotti, Daniel (Nastassja) Mead; great grandchildren, Nathan Jones, Justin Jones, Mackenzie White, Sienna Jones, Michael White III., Gregory Mead; daughter in law, Karen (Timothy) Mead Stewart.  Pearl is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Eva Andrich; beloved husband, Woodward Mead, second husband, Alfred Fritz; son, Gregory Woodward Mead.

Her Farewell… Pearl’s family and friends will gather on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30pm ( 12:30pm gathering) at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 9565 Musch Road, Brighton. Father John Rocus will serve as celebrant. She will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, MI. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Vincent de Paul.
