Her Legacy…
Priscilla Ann Miller, 84, passed away on April 30, 2026. She was born on November 22, 1941, in Pontiac, Michigan. A Gold Star orphan of World War II, Priscilla was lovingly raised by Leonard Ziemann and Helen (Ward) Ziemann, who gave her the forever home she cherished. She later married James Schell, with whom she raised five wonderful children. She found love again with her second husband, William Miller.
Priscilla will be remembered for her deeply loving and nurturing spirit, as well as her boundless creativity. She enjoyed many forms of arts and crafts but had a special gift for writing. A published author, she wrote both historical works and children’s stories, including Remy: A Hero Dog of War and McGillicutty: A Very Special Bear, among others. Strong in spirit and determined, Priscilla was a self-made woman devoted to her family and her faith. Her legacy of love, resilience, and creativity will live on in the many lives she touched during her lifetime.
Her Family… Priscilla will be missed by her children, James (Christine) Schell, Donald Schell, Christopher (Wendy) Schell, Paul (Pennie) Schell, Milissa Schell; step-children, Greg and Kevin Miller; sister, Peggy (Jim) Bolton, brother, Chris; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, with a great grandchild and great, great grandchild on the way; many nieces and nephews.
