His Legacy… Richard Thomas Woltman, 85, passed away September 14, 2023.  He was born on September 1, 1938, in Highland Park, Michigan to Robert Woltman and Marie (Tschirhart) Woltman. Richard married the love of his life, Arlene Berry, on June 27, 1957, in Ferndale, Michigan. Richard spent 3 years serving his country in the U.S. Navy. After his military service he spent his career at Ford Motor Company, retiring from the Rawsonville plant in 2001. Richard enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He was incredibly devoted to his wife, Arlene and adored his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richard was the backbone of his family and everyone who met him loved him. Richard will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

His Family… Richard will be missed by his wife, Arlene Woltman; his children, Cynthia (John) DeFroy, Lorraine (Michael) Brown, Thomas (April) Woltman; grandchildren, Christine DeFroy, James (Hannah) DeFroy, Tiffany Woltman, Courtney Woltman, Christopher Woltman, Rylee Brown, Rachael Brown; great-grandchildren, Emma Hemrick, Greyson Hemrick, Miles DeFroy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marie Woltman; brothers, Donald Jess and Dale Jess.
