His Legacy…Rick Hursh, age 72, passed away, March 9, 2021 at home in the loving, compassionate care of his daughter, Shelly. Rick was born in Perry, MI on March 6, 1949 to James and Marjorie (Hoag) Hursh. He married the love of his life, Irene Baran. Rick worked for MDOT for 35 years as Foreman. He enjoyed traveling in their RV and was an avid grill master. He loved his family and enjoyed sneaking oreos and chocolate milk with his grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
His Family…Rick will be missed by his wife, Irene; children, Zack, Shelly (Todd), John (Kari) and Jim (Toni); grandchildren Cori, JJ, Jimmy, Jessica, AJ and Ryan; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Susie and brothers, Shorty and Mike. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Marjorie, and sister Pat.
