His Legacy… Robert “Bob” Gordon Mullins, 69, passed away November 12, 2023.  He was born on December 17, 1953 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Gordon Mullins and Mona Stiltner. Bob married the love of his life, Melissa Wright, on July 24, 1972, in Lincoln Park, Michigan.   He will be remembered as a very kind and loving man that was deeply spiritual and loved God.  Bob played football in high school and passed that love of the sport onto his children and grandchildren by attending games and cheering on the players. Bob had a love for racehorses and owned a number of them throughout the years.  He also enjoyed gambling and playing the slots. Bob had a great/strong singing voice and could often be heard singing, even in public.

His Family… Bob will be greatly missed by his son, Mike (Angie) Mullins; sibling, Jeff (Gilda) Mullins, “JG” (who was like a brother to Bob his entire life); grandchildren; Autumn, Meagan, Carter, Lainey, Charlotte, and Joe; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Melissa Mullins; his son, Jon Mullins; his parents, Gordon and Mona Mullins.

His Farewell… A gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 2:00-5:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Memorial Chapel in Howell, Michigan with a Community Farewell service beginning at 5:00PM. Pastor Doug McMunn will serve as Celebrant.  In memory of Bob, please dress in casual attire.
